Project Background:
With the progress and development of the times, China's brewing industry has played an irreplaceable role in the country's economic development and social construction, and has produced huge economic benefits. The wastewater produced by the brewing of liquor is mainly high concentration organic wastewater, which has the characteristics of high concentration of organic pollutants and chemical oxygen demand, large BOD5/CODcr value, seasonal output, etc. This wastewater is one of the industrial wastewater that is difficult to treat in the whole brewing industry in China.

Due to the different components and quantities of various wastewater produced by the project, and considering factors such as equipment investment, operation management and process treatment effect, the pretreatment of high concentration wastewater in the early stage will be more effective to effectively treat the sauce flavor liquor brewing wastewater, Thus, the effluent quality standard of the sewage station can meet the direct discharge standard in Table 2 Water Pollution Discharge Limits for New Enterprises of the Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Fermented Alcohol and liquor Industry (GB27631-2011). Simultaneously achieving good environmental, economic, and social benefits.
