1、Process Description

Wastewater is lifted to the pre denitrification tank through self flow or submersible sewage pumps to remove nitrate nitrogen from the reflux sludge, allowing phosphorus accumulating bacteria to release phosphorus more thoroughly in the anaerobic stage, thereby improving the removal capacity of nitrogen, phosphorus, and organic matter. In the biochemical zone, it undergoes mass transfer, aeration, sedimentation, and settling stages, and under anaerobic anaerobic aerobic alternating operation, it can simultaneously remove organic matter, nitrogen, and phosphorus. At the same time, modified MBBR suspension filler is added in the aerobic zone, The enzyme promoting component specifically designed for the growth of nitrifying bacteria has efficient organic matter removal ability, and is finally discharged after precipitation and UV disinfection to meet standards.

2、Technical Principles

Compared with existing technologies, the AAAO process improves the treatment efficiency of nitrogen and phosphorus in wastewater by setting up sludge reflux mechanisms, nitrification liquid reflux mechanisms, and anaerobic liquid reflux mechanisms, as well as filling suspended fillers in aerobic tanks. Furthermore, energy-saving reflux design is adopted to further enhance the denitrification and phosphorus removal effect of the treatment system, which has the characteristics of intensive structure and stable operation.
