Solution

AAO-MBR Technology

With the sustained high-speed development of the national economy and rapid population growth, environmental pollution problems are becoming increasingly serious. Especially in areas with a large population, lack of concentration of personnel, and slightly lower economic levels, domestic sewage has not been effectively treated in a timely manner. In order to solve the problem of scattered sewage in villages and towns, our environmental protection team has developed equipment based and intelligent sewage treatment products suitable for rural domestic sewage treatment.

ST-SW's products adopt the AAO-MBR technology concept to achieve a multi-module combination of sewage treatment systems: it not only achieves the combined functions of water distribution module, biochemical membrane block, membrane filtration module, and disinfection module in the overall process, but also optimizes the combination of pre nitrification module, anaerobic module, anoxic module, and aerobic module in the biochemical treatment process of sewage, in order to eliminate pollutants in water with higher efficiency, The effluent quality meets the first level A standard in the "Pollutant Discharge Standards for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants" (GB 18918-2002).

1、Process Description

This process fully combines the advantages of activated sludge method and MRB. The sewage first passes through the AA0 biochemical zone, which goes through mass transfer, exposure gas, sedimentation, and settling stages. Under anaerobic anoxic aerobic alternating operation, the biochemical zone also has the functions of removing organic matter, nitrogen and phosphorus. The purified wastewater is treated through an MBR membrane bioreactor, where the membrane separates the purified water and activated sludge for solid-liquid separation, thereby achieving further removal of organic matter and achieving denitrification and phosphorus removal. Finally, after UV disinfection and sterilization, it meets the discharge standards.

2、Technical Principles

AAO-MBR technology combines various biochemical reactions such as organic matter ammonification, nitrification denitrification, microbial metabolism, phosphorus release and aggregation to remove pollutants by optimizing and controlling the reaction time of wastewater. During the operation of the equipment, a small amount of residual sludge flows back to the front end to achieve phosphorus removal effect. Almost no sludge is discharged or regularly outsourced for treatment. It is sucked in by a self suction pump, disinfected by UV photodegradation, and then enters the clean water tank. After disinfection treatment to remove bacterial microorganisms, the water is discharged.
